  • Leverage Product: Membership or community ($50/month)
  • Core Product: Premium program ($500-$2,000)
  • Scale Product: High-ticket coaching or mastermind ($5K+)

Each step serves a purpose. Start small, deliver value, and guide your audience up the ladder. It’s not sales—it’s invitations.

Step 3: Focus on Content That Creates Transformation

Every piece of content you create should solve a specific problem. Your best-performing videos will tell you exactly what your audience wants.

For example, my video on “How to Get Comfortable on Camera” became my first digital product: Courage Before Confidence. That product alone generates between $3K and $12K per month because it provides a clear transformation.

Step 4: Build Trust and Consistency

Success on YouTube isn’t about chasing viral videos—it’s about building trust through consistency:

  • Create valuable content regularly
  • Engage with your audience
  • Provide clear calls-to-action (CTAs)

Every video, email, and product should lead your audience closer to their desired result.

Step 5: Invite, Don’t Sell

Nobody likes being sold to, but everyone loves a good invitation. Build your audience’s trust and invite them into your ecosystem with clarity and authenticity.

👉 Start small, scale intentionally, and keep your audience at the center of everything you do.
